Managing a cryptocurrency mining operation is hardly a one-person job. Maintaining profitability requires keeping devices online and hashrating, and depending on the size and structure of the farms, Operators need the ability to work together to solve problems that may occur.
Mineitor provides the ability for farm owners to share access to their dashboard. This allows for multiple operators to manage users and their access levels.
You can add as many users as you want with different permissions and access levels that can access different devices of your farm. This feature is great for those who provide cloud mining services to their customers. This option is also available for the free plan.
This feature includes two types of users:
• Internal users: Includes employees and technicians of the farms who work with devices.
• Hosting customers: For companies who provide hosting services, they can give access to customers to see or manage their own miners.
To add a new user navigate to the User management page/Internal users on the side menu. In the Internal users' section, choose
In the opening pop-up menu enter the user's email address, then select the user's permission and the farms you want to give access to them. and you can select multiple farms.· Can see the miners list and information, sections, groups, schedules, alerts.
· Cannot create or edit sections and groups.
· Can get notifications and alerts.
· Cannot see the miners' configs history and logs.
· Cannot change miners' pool settings.
· Cannot Restart miners or change frequency.

To add a new customer navigate to the User management page/Hosting Customers on the side menu. In the Hosting Customers section,

* The customer can access the panel with the defined Email.
* After registering a new customer, to assign miners that they can access, click on in front of the user, Click edit to reach the device page:
You can filter devices by Farm or section, then add devices you want.
You can see the login time of the users too. Also, you can delete the users from here.
